Office Manager/Bookkeeper Novato, CA

Indeed Hire has partnered with Kenneth Frank Accountancy, a well-established public accounting firm, to locate an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their team. The firm seeks to hire a highly motivated, “can-do” team player to oversee the day to day activities of their organization. This impact player will be involved with all aspect of the firm activities, from the client intake process to the delivery of finished products. In this position, you will not only be the face of the firm, you will also handle administrative and various accounting functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet clients – phone and in person
  • General office administrative functions
  • Work closely with internal staff
  • Facilities management (small office)
  • Light accounting functions
  • Excellent proficiency with all aspects of QuickBooks, including payroll functions

Must have:

  • Current office management or equivalent required, including typical office management software, Outlook, Word & Excel, along with light HR functions a strong plus
  • Strong written communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience
  • 4+ years of QuickBooks experience
